Kenya lionesses will leave the country tonight for the Women’s Rugby Africa Cup in Madagascar, scheduled to kick off this Saturday, the 7th to the 15th of this month.
The Lionesses will face Uganda, South Africa and Madagascar in the week-long tournament.
Elsewhere, their male counterparts, the Simbas, are camping in South Africa for their Rugby Africa Cup.
The tournament will be hosted at the Nelson Mandela Cup in Uganda from the 8th to the 19th of July for the quarter-final stage with the Simbas against the Uganda Cranes in a battle for a place in the 2027 Rugby World Cup.
