CAF President Dr. Patrice Motsepe has been re-elected unopposed for a 2nd four-year term in office.
The 63-year-old was elected today during the 14th CAF extraordinary General Assembly in Cairo, Egypt.
The elective assembly was also attended by the FIFA President Gianni Infantino.
Mostepe was first elected as CAF President in March 2021.
