President William Ruto on Sunday attended a thanksgiving ceremony for Devolution Principal Secretary Michael Lenasalon in South Horr, Samburu County.
The Head of State joined Lenasalon, his family, local leaders and residents for the thanksgiving service, which brought together leaders and members of the community.
