Tanzania aims for 2nd win as they take on Mauritania in CHAN matchday two

African Nations Championship co-hosts Tanzania, will get matchday two underway tonight as they tackle Mauritania in a group B match set for Benjamin Mkapa National Stadium.

After switching off Burkina Faso 2-0 in the tournament opener, Taifa Stars know nothing short of a victory will keep their last 8 hopes alive.

On the other end the Mourabitounes will play in front of a hostile crowd at the Mkapa Stadium as they also hunt their 1st victory after settling for a barren draw against Madagascar on match day 1.

The match will kick off at 8pm Kenyan time.

Burkina Faso will seek redemption against their neighbour, the Central African Republic, in the 5 p.m. kick-off at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium.

CAR will kick off their CHAN campaign as Burkina Faso will play the match knowing nothing short of a victory will revive their knockout chances.
