DR Congo, nicknamed the Leopards, will be making their 7th appearance, only missing out once in 2018, since the CHAN tournament was launched in 2009.

With two titles under their belt, DR Congo hopes to reclaim their title at the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Nations Championship (CHAN) 2024 in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.

Under head coach Otis N’Goma, the Leopards, who are in the most difficult group with Zambia, two-time champion Morocco, Angola, and Kenya, want to solidify their place among the tournament’s most successful teams and are committed to adding a third championship to their stellar record.

The Leopards are scheduled to play Algeria twice at the end of this month in their last build-up matches before the CHAN kickoff.

DRC will play host Kenya in the opening Group A match on 3rd August at Kasarani Stadium.
