Musician Bien-Aimé Baraza will perform on the biggest Aforbeats stage in Portugal in 2026.

Afronation, the prestigious African music festival, announced next year’s lineup for the event set for July 3-5, 2026.

The news comes just as Bien is concluding his solo world tour, which included countries like the US, UK and Australia.

On September 20, the Alusa Continua tour landed in Nairobi at the Carnivore grounds, where Bien brought his bandmates – Chimano, Fancy Fingers and Savara – on to the stage to perform together, which proved to be a rare treat for fans of Sauti Sol.

The band will reunite again for the annual Sol Fest, the group’s festival brand, later this year.

While the “All My Enemies Are Suffering” singer is the only East African on the list, Bien will take the stage alongside Nigerian superstars Asake and Wizkid, both of whom have previously performed at the festival, and South African superstar Tyla.

Other performers include American singer and songwriter Mariah The Scientist, Congolese performer Awilo Longomba, British-Nigerian rapper Darkoo, French musician Denden, Carbo Verde singer Djodje, and Nigerian singer Young Jonn.

The annual beach party will also include a special performance by American rapper Gunna.

Tickets for the festival will go on sale beginning October 9.
