A two-day national trial to select Team Kenya for the Africa Under-18 and Under-20 Athletics Championships will start today and end tomorrow at the Afraha Stadium in Nakuru County.
The trials will bring together athletes selected from different regions during their last weekend’s pre trials and is by invite only.
Athletics Kenya Youth Department has sent a stern warning to age-cheating malpractices, with those found culpable risking a ban.
The selected team will represent the country at the 3rd Africa Championships set for Abeokuta, Nigeria, from the 16th to the 20th next month.
The championship was initially set for August this year in Oran, Algeria.
