Note: The company has announced the unveiling of its new and improved fuels, the most advanced to date, following five years of development.
Nairobi, Kenya – Vivo Energy Kenya, the distributor and marketer of Shell products and services in the country,has launched new and improved fuels that promise to revolutionise the fuel sector.
Building on decades of innovation and scientific research, these advanced fuels reflect Shell’s ongoing commitment to meeting the evolving needs of drivers.
The new and improved Shell fuels include Shell V-Power Unleaded, Shell FuelSave Unleaded, and Shell FuelSave Diesel, each reformulated with cutting-edge cleaning agents and performance-enhancing technology.
The improvedShell FuelSave Unleaded lasts up to 15 kilometres longer per tank.
Speaking during the launch, Mr. Hans Paulsen, Vivo Energy’s Executive Vice President East, said: “Shell is constantly in the pursuit of delivering more. Whether it’s delivering more mileage or more enjoyable, comfortable journeys. Today, we launch our next generation Shell fuels that give you more mileage, more engine cleanliness and protection, and a smoother drive. Now, Kenyans can expect more from Shell fuels.”
He added: “Customers’ needs and expectations are evolving. This launch is a strategic move based on customer insights, positioning Shell to deliver real benefits where they matter most. Our customers will now access Shell’s most advanced technology, enabling them to go further and do more of what they love. Shell FuelSave Unleaded, our main-grade fuel, promises up to 15 extra kilometres per tank. We have also launched the new and improved Shell V-Power unleaded, which is co-engineered with innovation partners such as Scuderia Ferrari. We’re continually working on improving and developing these fuels to maximise efficiency and performance.”
