Username Properties is targeting to accelerate property ownership among its members through a new Sacco.
The firms says Username Sacco which is fully licensed and regulated by the Ministry of Co-operatives and MSMEs is built on the vision of empowering members through affordable loans, competitive savings products and innovative financial solutions that promote financial growth and independence.
“Our goal is to help ordinary Kenyans turn their dreams into reality by providing affordable and accessible financial solutions that meet their everyday needs,” said Reuben Kimani, Chairperson of Username Sacco.
According to the Sacco, in the last ten months, Username Sacco has registered over 100 members and targets to increase registration of new members looking to access affordable financial empowerment.
Username Sacco will provide members with instant loans, property loan packages, savings and diaspora loans.
“The official launch of Username Sacco is not just a milestone but a continued opportunity to fulfil the broader Username Properties Vision to empower more Kenyans and help them to achieve the dream of home ownership through property loans in addition to other financial offerings,” added Sarah Wahogo, Username Sacco chief executive officer.
