“This exercise is in readiness for NCCG staff card issuance, an activity that the County Government will finalize this month. The exercise involves taking current photos and fingerprints,” added Ms Lilian Maina, NCCG Director, Human Resources,

She said the NCCG Staff ID Committee with members drawn from Innovation and Digital Innovation (IDE), Public Service Management (PSM) & Inclusivity, have worked on the extremely critical exercise of Biometric registration which will ensure Nairobians are able to identify county staff, especially the ones that operate in the field.

“The issuance of the staff identification cards will also help weed out imposters who have been extorting from Nairobians.” She said

Wednesday morning, the team was at the Mama Lucy Kibaki hospital to undertake the same exercise.
