Mukami known for her powerful vocals paired with Bensoul known for award-winning writing and soulful melodies, have found the perfect balance with the song.

Exploring the themes of love, vulnerability and longing paired with a video produced by Vision Beatz and mastered by GrandmastaTek, the song is on its way to becoming a trending video on YouTube Kenya.

According to the song description, “The song blends Swahili and Luganda lyrics to express the overwhelming, all consuming nature of love. Nadia serenades her lover with poetic declarations of emotions and Bensoul adds soulful depth with heartfelt lines about being captivated and transformed by love. The catchy chorus “Overdosezi” equates the intensity of affection to an overdose, creating a romantic intoxicating anthem.”

The song comes two weeks after Mukami’s collaboration with Vijana Barubaru.
