The iconic Bullring stadium will roar to life from July 30th to August 1st, 2025, as Kenya’s top high school rugby talent battles for supremacy in the KSSSA 2nd Term National Rugby 7s tournaments.
Both boys’ and girls’ competitions will unfold simultaneously, featuring 32 elite schools in a festival of speed, skill, and athleticism.
Sixteen teams enter a high-stakes contest across four fiercely competitive pools in the Boys pools.
POOL A: Bwake Boys, Kitondo School, rugby giants Lenana School, and Marsabit High. Lenana’s legacy meets emerging challengers.
POOL B: Western rivals Bungoma High face Laiser Hill, Musingu Boys, and coastal contenders Gede HigH. Expect physical, no-holds-barred clashes.
POOL C: A “Group of Death” featuring St. Mary’s Yala, perennial force Nairobi School, MPESA Academy, and Bishop High. Every match promises fireworks.
POOL D: Koyonzo High, St. Peter’s Mumias, Anjego High, and the legendary Alliance High. Tradition meets ambition in this unpredictable bracket.
The girls’ pools showcase Kenya’s rapidly growing women’s rugby pipeline:
POOL A: St. Josephs Girls headline against Sicoti Girls, Eregi Girls, and Gituamba Girls.
POOL B: Kinale Girls, Shimba Hills, Kimobo High, and St. Mary’s Igoji – a pool where tactical discipline will be key.

POOL D: Nyagichenche Girls, Mwira Girls, Itigo Girl, and Karen C Girls round out a fiercely contested group.
The Bullring in Kakamega, sacred ground in Kenyan rugby, will provide the ultimate proving ground.
